Facilitating academic training and exchange opportunities

The IGSSE project team setup allows our researchers to welcome researchers of all career stages from across the globe. Within international exchange programs, the IGSSE management office is ready to build bridges for outstanding international Bachelor, Master and PhD students to suitable project teams of our graduate school.

Current programs

This 10-week summer program is an opportunity for selected students from Northwestern University and University of Texas at San Antonio/ USA to collect valuable research experience in materials nanotechnology, hosted by IGSSE Project Teams.

Since 2016, nine students have participated in the program, supervised e.g. by IGSSE doctoral researcher Marisa Götzfried of project team 9.05.
