Science communication

Developing essential skills of reducing complex scientific questions to essential information for citizens of with a scientific or non-scientific background is a major aim of our training program. IGSSE fosters the exchange of young scientists with the broader public or policy makers to facilitate mutual understanding and initiate a critical dialogue.

The form of presentations may vary and ranges from an open house day format, school projects, presentation in a museum, to videos, blogs or other social media activities. Any activity has to be acknowledged by the IGSSE management team to be counted towards the qualification program.
