Former Bavarian State Minister for Education, Research and the Arts, Dr. Wolfgang Heubisch, shared his personal insights into the interaction of politics and science with the audience, setting a political dimension to the interdisciplinary exchange of the researchers present. With Tinsley Oden, Director of ICES at the University of Texas at Austin introducing his institute, this peer-level event proved to be an incubator for new project ideas across TUM and its international partners.
We are very happy that this first-time peer-level event has been a great success and are looking forward to the presentation of five more teams at our annual meeting in 2018!
